"Amazing experience. Great value for us 5. Both chalets were perfect. We did the afternoon safari and saw plenty of different animals. The guide was very useful and gave us many explanations and comments. The dinner was superb, congrats to the chef! Good breakfast. Staff very available and kind. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable - but the lights were broken as was the door handle in the bathroom (when I made the mistake of closing the door, I could not open it from the inside and had to be rescued!). The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint.
