Property is not in same condition as photos. Looks run down, worn out, dirty. Room had a balcony with two broken down stools. After squatting all day at street vendors, a decent chair in the room would’ve been great. Staff (Jenny) was 5 stars. So friendly and helpful.

Good location for a quick shower before catching a train as it is right next door to the Hanoi to Sapa train.
