Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool
Clean rooms and comfortable beds
Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep.
Small touches are lacking.
Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area.

Great location with easy access to metro or walkable to Petronas Towers. Fab food nearby too. Staff friendly and helpful and roof top swimming pool useful place to cool down.

We had a great weekend stay at Shangri La. It happened to be during a special Malaysia week food event at the restaurant that I read about on the flight into KL so we were able to take advantage of that and try so many things at once. Loved the iconic towers nearby. It’s not the easiest place to walk quickly to another restaurant but not too bad. Also Grab app made it easy to get rides. Husband loved the gym and yoga space. Room was very nice.
