Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

I love that there is a free luggage storage in the lobby. It was very useful. I just hope that the lobby had air conditioning on at all times especially during the day time when it's hot outside.

Staff on the reception desk and in the attached bar, Sasare, were delightful, super friendly and helpful. We went to the Cimer spa which was great, and then ate in Roku restaurant

The room was lovely and the staff were all super helpful. My one issue was that the amenities for the hotel were not really available for guests or needed additional fees. This included the gym, the spa and the outdoor pool.
