The place is great

Room was very well priced, clean, in a great location, staff were friendly.

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet. We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney. Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby. The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities! We're hoping we can stay again soon.

Excellent location. Many restaurants & shopping right out the door. Convenient to train station, within walking distance. Staff very helpful.

The hotel was very good though I had to pay and additional 19,000 yen to check in early. Also the amenities were not easy to use and hours not convenient.

Good location, about 7mins sub-ground level walk to Hanshin Department Store, which leads to Umeda and Osaka Stations as well as Haruka express to KIX airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the sub ground level. (The sub-ground level shopping street closes at 11:55pm and opens at 5am) 3 lifts only serving 17 floors so can take time. Triple room size a little small compared to with Hanshin hotel but adequate. There was a dedicated smoking room on each floor so helpful as the smoking ban in Osaka streets. The only downsides for us) were some ladies touting on the street nearby and some loud cars revving at night.

Nuestra estancia fue muy satisfactoria. La ubicación es excelente, con muy buena conexión para visitar los principales puntos de interés de Osaka y desplazarse cómodamente por la ciudad. El apartahotel destaca por ser muy nuevo, con instalaciones modernas y habitaciones en perfecto estado. Todo se encontraba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado, algo que apreciamos mucho durante nuestro viaje. La habitación era cómoda, funcional y estaba muy bien equipada, lo que hizo que la estancia en familia fuera muy agradable. Además, se nota que el edificio y las instalaciones han sido renovados recientemente o tienen muy pocos años de uso. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en una próxima visita a Osaka y lo recomendamos especialmente a familias que busquen comodidad, limpieza y una excelente ubicación.
