Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

Clean room, good Breakfast, but small Lobby

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

This property is one of Shanghai’s highest rated so I booked it for 6 nights and my first visit to the area. It has a very modern, hip vibe - reminding me of a few W Hotels in the US, with dark lighting (especially in the elevators) and mood music. The room was nice, bed + pillows + towels superb, and staff very helpful. I do think it’s overpriced but enjoyed my stay.

Such a great clean hotel and location being so close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, the shower is excellent. The airport shuttle is great. Fantastic airport hotel.

Good hotel if you're from China. I would not recommend it for foreigners; they hardly speak English. Room service (simple sandwich) took over an hour. Someone was brushing the carpet - machine noise - in the hallway outside my room at 1AM in the morning.

Hotel was fantastic, nicely themed rooms and so helpful. Great services, free shuttles to Disneyland and airport transfer. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday. Very quiet. The hotel is off a main road were there are lots of local restaurants and supermarkets.

Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back
