Excellent Breakfast: easy to access, many options, staff are very helpful and willing to help. Front registration: fast check in/out. Professional and Provide answers and solutions very quickly. Room: spacious, comfortable and clean. Surroundings: convenient stores and various dining options Shuttle: driver s very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Overall very nice hotel. Will stay with them if coming to Shanghai again.

Clean and Very Friendly staff. Could use a few more glasses and dishes because I had friends over for dinner, but, other than that, excellent amenities.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back
