Great for families

I come back to Hanoi every year, and I think I’ve finally found my go-to hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great food and coffee options just steps away for my daily routine. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to get around. Whether I’m taking a taxi to nearby cities or exploring Hanoi, I can avoid much of the heavy traffic compared to other areas. It’s also within walking distance of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and even West Lake. I especially enjoy strolling through the neighborhood streets lined with beautiful old trees, which give the area a charming and relaxing atmosphere. For convenience, location, and overall comfort, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Everything about this property was amazing! This was a last-minute booking made under stressful circumstances, and it immediately gave me peace of mind. After leaving another property early in the morning, I arrived around 9AM and was warmly welcomed by Flower and her staff. Although I knew it was much earlier than the standard check-in time and didn’t expect my room to be ready, they went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy breakfast at no charge while we waited. What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of care and hospitality Flower provided. She exchanged WhatsApp contact information with us and checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met and that we were enjoying our stay. She made herself available whenever we had questions and genuinely cared about our experience. Flower also allowed us to send our dinner orders directly to her through WhatsApp so she could ensure everything was delivered correctly. On one occasion, she even personally helped deliver our dinner. It was those thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service exceeded all expectations. What started as a last-minute booking turned into one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

What an absolutely fantastic establishment! From the moment you step in - in fact, the welcome starts even before you enter the hotel - to wonderful facility itself and the AMAZING staff, your stay here would be a very memorable one. As soon as my taxi pulled up at the location, members of the staff came outside to greet me and help me with my luggage. This was followed by a refreshing welcome drink and fruit as you were being checked in by personnel at the front desk. Louisa, the team member who welcomed me, was so knowledgeable in her details of the hotel and the surroundings area, that I immediately wanted to start exploring. Throughout my stay, the staff was always so attentive to my needs, charming in their approach, and friendly in our interactions. I never felt like a guest, but more like a member of a family. Every question was answered, every need met. I accidentally turned on the "do not disturb" button one day when I was going out to explore, and upon my arrival, realized my room was not cleaned. I called the front desk, and they immediately selt someone up - after 8pm at night! The hotel has the most varied breakfast menu, boasting a range of western and vietnamese dishes. Everything was tasty and wonderfully presented (Vanforie was especially delightful and ever so helpful). I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and it's team, including Rose (a darling), Jason (fantastic mixologist) and the team manning the door (so professional). Book it now!

Great location, service and amenities

Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!

Great for families

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.
