All the staff were very helpful. The hotel is beginning to show its age. It needs a reno The location is perfect!

First, my sink was clogged. My room was cleaned once in my stay, thank goodness i had enough towels. The area for an Uber was dificult.your staff sent me to a wrong location and i had to walk back to find ny ride.

Best vacation ever! Upgraded to Prestige Club and enjoyed all of the amenities. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This place had to be one of the best places to stay! The roof top pool, watching the fountain from the terrace…… amazing! The room was large, clean, everything worked properly no problems!

This property was great! Right in the center, easy access to other hotels and the tram. It was the perfect location with the perfect price. I will be staying here again. Also loved that they offered late check out for our later flight, a great food court and delivery of food to the pool.
