It's a very small onsen ryokan and so not crowded with noisy people. The public bath is a bit too small. The access road is a bit too steep and has to be very careful in driving.

I have book a non-smoking room
Once I go into the room, i can smell the smoke from cigarette.
I return to lobby and tell the staff, she just reply me the hotel is full today.
After I tell her to refund, she change another room to me.
