The stay was awesome. What the stand out was 2 staff members Bich Hue, and Tra My. These 2 ladies made the whole stay totally worth while coming back in the future. Nothing we requested was to hard for them to accommodate us regardless the time of day. I wish these ladies all the best.

Only one time but someone used the toilet and toilet paper was remained without flush. I requested special monkey tour but they assigned regular monkey tour with 800k VND. No compensation for their mistook.

The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?
