5/5 ⭐️ This hotel has SO much charm! I cannot recommend it enough. It quickly became one of my new favorite hotels, and I honestly can’t wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, you truly can’t beat it. One of my favorite touches was their small electric transport service that can pick you up and drop you off at the train station, so you don’t have to drag your luggage through town. Such a thoughtful and convenient amenity! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I believe Rachel was the one who helped us at the front desk, and I wish I remembered everyone’s names because they all deserve a shoutout. The hospitality was exceptional. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Between the charm, location, incredible staff, and overall experience, this hotel was a highlight of our Switzerland trip. I absolutely cannot wait to come back! ❤️

Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has ever rented anywhere in the world. The Chamois suite was perfect in every way.
