Outstanding hotel choice! The room was spotless, had two comfortable beds, and allowed us to store luggage free when we arrived too early for check in. The amenities included pajamas, toothbrushes, hairbrushes-incredible customer service. The people working the reception desk were polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Nice stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, which was a real luxury after busy days of sightseeing. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always took the time to chat with us and made us feel valued as guests. On more than one occasion, when we were completely lost trying to navigate the transport system and find our destination, the staff went above and beyond to help us work out the best route and ensure we got where we needed to go. Their kindness, patience and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression on us and played a huge part in making our Kyoto trip so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station to family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😊

Everything was great! Better than expected, close to shopping and dining.

We are a couple traveling with a 4 year old son. This was our first trip to Osaka. The proximity to shopping and Osaka Castle were very nice. We did a day trip to Dotombori via taxi, and it was an easy short drive. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars. The variety of food was amazing and everything we ate we all enjoyed. One thing that was a huge disappoint is that I missed that the pool is only available to over 18 year old individuals. My son loves to swim and this was the only hotel with a pool that I booked during our trip and I had intended to take him swimming while we were staying. Unfortunately that was not able to happen and we were all terribly disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet, we had a lovely view overlooking the river. We made use of the laundry to freshen up our travel stained clothing, and they were returned immaculate. I can highly recommend the laundry service. Also, the hotel provides fresh, crisp pajamas for use during your stay. Overall, a very nice stay.

Very clean room and staff were great as they helped us navigate part of our trip. AC in rooms and was central to a lot of areas. It was very easy to get to the bus terminal that goes directly to the airport!

The hotel is so cute very small only 1 room per floor but the staff and everyone was so top notch. They welcome you with champagne. It was a nice luxury hotel.
