Hokuriku All inclusive Vacations

This property was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The location is near Kyoto station, less than half a mile away, approximately a 10 min walk. There is a bus station right outside of the hotel that can get you around to many of the places that you will want to visit but you do need to transfer for some. We prefer to just walk to Kyoto station and get to the correct train/subway, etc. At the hotel, there are many things that only have Japanese instructions. In order for you to use them go on the television and get the instruction in English. If you still not too sure, you can ask the friendly staff. Overall, good experience and I will rebook this place or their sister hotels when I'm back and to Japan.

The facility is a bit old.

Staff incredibly polite and courtious. Very spacious. Exceptional views. Location A+ on the river with walking and bike trails steps away. Shuttle service to airport and train station efficient and effective.

The lobby area of this hotel was opulent to say the least but the rooms certainly didn’t correspond. It could use som serious updating. The reception upon arrival was EXCELLENT! English speaking employees were few.

Great location - loved that it was easy to find and arranged to the train station (super convenient). Great dining options close by!

Beautiful spacious well equipped room. Close to universal studios. Easy walk to ferry to visit Osaka aquarium.
