The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Always greeted us and there were umbrellas you could borrow on the rainy days. The room was nice and clean. The washer had instructions that made it super easy to understand. We also loved the area as everything was about 10 min walking!

Great pool, on the upper scale so limited splashing with kids in it. Yet great pool and staff.
Also great dinner buffet. Excellent choices and felt very high class buffet.
Room for 4 was perfect and spacious.
Proximity to the Kyoto station including a shuttle to the train station.
