Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the hotel is well located. We have stayed there many times. The only complaint is the was a staircase directly in front of our window so anybody using it was looking directly into our room.

Great property with an amazing staff. One of the front desk staff, Otabek, was extremely helpful. He made sure we were able to get where we needed to be and always greeted us with a smile.

Everything about the property was outstanding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment spotless and very comfortable. I made use of the restaurant for both lunch and/or coffee, which was very convenient. A very well stocked supermarket next door. I highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We spent a night at the Oscar prior to travelling back to the UK. The reception staff were extremely helpful and managed to check us in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated after a long overnight train journey. The outside pool was fabulous, and the room (superior junior suite) was sizeable and well appointed. Breakfast was good, and we also ate in the Mayfair pub in the evening. Prices are perhaps a little more expensive than other non-hotel restaurants, and there were some missing options on the menu, but the food quality was very high, the cocktails were great and the portion sizes substantial. The honey cake in particular was terrific! Highly recommended for a luxury stay, and incredibly convenient for the airport.

While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.

This was a truly 5 star experience. The staff, the room the breakfast-all excellent!!

Great place to stay near the airport or train station
