I recently stayed at [ The Royal Place 2], and I must say, the staff was incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making my stay truly enjoyable. Every interaction was friendly and professional, reminding me how important great service is in the hospitality industry. I genuinely wish every hotel I visited had such dedicated.

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

My classic double room was clean, good view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit the area. Additionally, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for our future stays in the area.
