Our stay made us feel comfortable and very safe

Loved going from the sauna into the sea, and very good dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Property was nice. Furniture in the lobby areas could be a bit cleaner as there were stains. But the staff was kind and lots of great entertainment

At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Clean room, good breakfast (we paid extra as it was not included). We attempted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but after waiting about 15 minutes for a waitress, we gave up and ate at the nearby McDonalds. The restaurant was short staffed and seemed frazzled, even though they weren't busy.

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

I stayed here in 2024 and stayed here again this year. I felt safe, the room was quiet, and the technology for entering the hotel and my room were great. I liked the heated bathroom floor as well. The location is fantastic since it's just a 10-minute walk from the Stockholmsmässan venue.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Place is clean and comfortable. The service is top notch. What ever you needed they went out of their way to help you.
