I had to book this hotel otherwise we will sleep at street at mid night. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable! I had severe cold fever with two young kids stay outside street like homeless at 11:30 pm. I choose the hotel which is closer to us and there is late check . Total ruined my full 12 days vocation. Customer service in Expedia had less experience at this situation. He said he can not find hotel around us and later said he can not book outside of country. Waste time. I booked again on Expedia with this property. I requested Expedia took off morning Madrid off the listing and pay us these two days hotel as promised.

The location was convenient for Jeju City. Close to the airport and malls and easy to catch taxis/Ubers. The room and decor was a bit dated. None of the outlets had USB or 110 V adapters (some modern hotels do). The carpeting was a darker color and doesn't appear to be well cleaned as I found crumbs on it on the first check in day. We did try the buffet and it had a lot of variety and was good. As the hotel had the style and feel of past full service hotels, I expected better service. Prior to arrival, I had inquired about recommendations for flowers or ordering a dessert/wine for the room. I was told I had to do all of that on my own (even though they had them on their restaurants on premise). I also asked about flower delivery and was told to search on my own. Same for drivers for hire. I expected more for a hotel that seemed to style itself differently. Even for car service to the airport, I was suggested to use Uber and call on my own. Overall, it was okay, but not sure I would recommend this.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff was very kind.

Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.
