Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

The Sejong Hotel is located right in the busy, tourist‑friendly neighborhood of Myeongdong. The property itself is well‑maintained, with a touch of luxury and modern features like self‑service kiosks for check‑in/check‑out, an automated luggage storage room, and a well‑equipped coin laundry. I can’t speak for all the rooms, but ours felt a bit outdated — the furniture had drawers that opened on their own, the lamp shade wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioning mysteriously paused in the middle of the night, leaving the room overheated until we turned it back on. Maybe it was some kind of eco mode to save electricity? Aside from that, everything else was great: daily cleaning service, helpful staff, and overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and hotel service is perfect. The staff name Coco was excellent with helping us with the Check - in. The check - in was perfect and excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and best experience. Thank you.

Great location and room

It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”
