The property was easy to find and access. Taking was affordable and easy. I loved the in and out privileges without additional fees.Walking distance to the hospital where we had our appointment. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe and walkable area. Eaton Centre shopping close by. A 24 hour convenience store next door. Clean spacious rooms.overall a great stay. Nothing was missing. Thank you

The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were quick to assist in my travel changes and with a very sweet demeanor. The location of the hotel is great with many food options close by, a few blocks from shopping and Toronto's version of Times Square. Transportation is close by from the TTC to Union Square to get to the airport. It is also a few blocks to the art museum and about a 15 - 20 min walk to Kensington Market/Chinatown area for more food and shopping alternatives, same distance to the entertainment district including Rogers Center.

The entrance and lobby of this hotel were very nice. The room was average, it wasn't super clean, bedding was good but the floor wasn't cleaned at all, we found left over garbage from the previous guest.

But few things for families to know - there is no microwave, kettle and decent fridge (fits few cans at the most) which are must when you have kids.
