Good but noisy!

"Basic breakfast provided at reasonable cost. No restaurant as sits atop plenty of choice. Rooms comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious. Rooms with view of port let down only by considerable noise of deliveries to the many restaurants, shops and bars in the early morning. Metal pallet trolley ..."
