Stunning property in immaculate location on the beach. Excellent amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service, which although never rude, showed a lack of experience at all levels, including duty managers. Difficult to even order a cup of tea at breakfast, which often arrived without a mug and teaspoon, and à la carte breakfast food arrived lukewarm frequently. Overall, beautiful hotel but disappointing service for a 5* establishment
