This hotel is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It does smell like cigarette smoke a lot

Everything has been great. The only thing is that the housekeeping staff seem a little shy and not very interactive.

Beautiful room facing Bellagio fountain when we got into correct room. We booked a fountain facing room for more money but when we checked in they didn’t have availability of our room so we had to use a less expensive room for first night and then move to correct room the next day. That wasn’t fun and they couldn’t refund the price difference, however, they did remove the amenity charge for one day and gave us some room credit for food. A reasonable compromise.

Good location on the strip and to the sphere. Lots of great shopping. Check in staff person was super friendly and helpful providing a generous upgrade. Loved the room. One recommendation is to provide coffee in room. It’s an inconvenience to get dressed and have to walk so far to stand in line to buy coffee when not quite awake!
