The shower head had a build up of calcium, it was green. It looked like it hasnt been properly cleaned out in a while.

Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. The toilet washlet does not work well. The water splashes way behind the target. When you move your bottom to hit it right, water splashes and gets your back wet (get a Japanese brand). They could at least have a small round table and 2 comfortable chairs so that we could have ordered room service to eat comfortably. There is enough space there to fit a small round table.

The bed was the best part. But you can tell that the hotel is not a priority for the company that owns it. Little things need attention. The area in general has seen better days and I’m not sure if better days are ahead either.
