Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

I’ve stayed in the hot for 3 days, the most annoying thing I found is the room i booked needs transportation to get from main building, maybe it’s excellent if you have a car, just not for us. And the facilities in room takes time to understand, like the projector and the screen, they don’t have English option. And I tried to use the outdoor tub, I can’t find the turn on switch. The tooth brush and paste are not free to use. The breakfast is not included, it costs about 60 canadian dollars per person. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it’s your first time in Jeju. it takes 13-15 canadian dollars from downtown/airport to this hotel and not many taxis in christmas time.

Hotel was good, clean and right on the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants, food markets and entertainments. The only bad thing is that the breakfast is exepnsive and doesn’t include many interantional choices…
