This is a budget-friendly hotel with a good location. It is right next to the duty-free shop and the airport bus stop, and most downtown amenities are within walking distance. The building's carpet was quite old, and there were many signs reminding guests not to smoke, which suggests that smoking may have been an issue in the past. As a result, there were occasional unpleasant odors. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars based on the value for the price.

Room was great. Staff was helpful. Food was good.

We stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was good with some minor issues (coffee from automated espresso machine was not quite hot enough), but the servers were excellent! There was an ocean view from the top floor breakfast dining room. It would have been helpful if they had a washer & dryer on site but we knew they didn't when we make the reservation. One reception staff on the day of arrival was neither friendly nor helpful when asking for directions to a self-service laundromat outside of hotel. The hotel definitely needs some renovation. Towels had moldy smell probably due to the wash machine they or supplier used. Lobby furniture and rooms finishes looked a little shabby. We would probably stay again. Hopefully after some renovation though.

The convenient location, cleanliness of the whole place and the breakfast buffet are definitely worthy of mention!

Great room, view, and service.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is having some renovations: a KFC food chain is being installed and the roof top pool is being built, and other retail stores.
