The hotel is in a good central spot, where it takes just five minutes to walk to the beach. The place is clean and well maintained. I slept lovely! The only issue I found is the pool facilities etc are now shut, which I was not aware of when making the booking. It was a shame as we were looking forward to this, but perhaps explains why the hotel was cheaper.

I want to live here! 😆 NEWCZ LCT Residence exceeded our expectations. Its a luxury apartment with absolutely fabulous views from every room. The entire place is incredibly clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out, new, and modern. They really seem to have thought of everything—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bidet, huge TV, comfortable bedrooms, and even a separate den that gives you extra space to relax. Having all the conveniences of home while enjoying such a beautiful, upscale setting makes it especially comfortable for a family or a longer stay. And then there’s the view—it’s spectacular and makes you want to just sit by the window and take it all in. We came to Busan planning to spend our time touring the city, but after checking in here, I’m seriously tempted to just stay inside and enjoy the apartment! 😆 Beautiful, comfortable, modern, and luxurious. This has been one of the highlights of our stay in Busan. Oh, you can literally walk out from the residence and be on the boardwalk and beach.

Beautiful view and clean hotel room. I would just say room needed a bit of maintenance doors were damaged as well as the walls were bubbled and tiles in the bathroom were popping up.

The hotel is beautiful, but the carpets were dirty and there was a slight musty smell. The bathroom amenities were also very limited—they only provided soap and shampoo, with no other basic toiletries. Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could be improved.

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

Excellent facilities and a fantastic location! We had only stayed at hotels near Haeundae before, but we really enjoyed this hotel and had a wonderful time exploring Gijang as well.

A lot of shops nearby

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.
