Great location, just 5 mins walk to Ueno Station / Subway with restaurants, ,shopping stores, supermarket, convenience stores nearby. Room is spacious. The in suite Washer / Dryer is a plus for this family trip. Friendly staffs . The only minor comment is the house keeping is just so so.

The staffs at reception are great. Very good customer service and always helpful whenever you have questions. Room is mostly clean. We did have little critter visit our room probably from house keeping when the door was opened. Great location as it is walking distance to many restaurants and Akihabara district. Less than 20 minutes walk to Ueno Skyliner station.

This was a really comfortable stay! It was HOT while we were in Japan and the aC at this stay was the only one that actually kept up. There was in unit laundry which was amazing! It sits about halfway between 4 train stations, which was nice as we were doing daily travel, but felt a little far to be dragging luggage when we arrived and left.

If you are looking for a place in Japan with view of the Tokyo Tower, this is the spot. I booked it for this reason and we did get a very good view of the tower and the city from the balcony. But the hotel was a bit dated (though the lobby area seems updated). The bathrooms seemed to be in the 90's though the room was clean in general. The hotel is near Tokyo Tower, but not anything else. You will need to walk at least 20-30 mins for shops, restaurants, etc. There were a few Japanese restaurants in B1 level and a small convenient store at the B2 level (if I remember correctly). I would likely stay somewhere else if we were to return to Tokyo. I paid almost $700 for two rooms next to each other (but not connecting) which I find a bit weird since I have children.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The staff were fantastic, sweet, and very helpful. The rooms were very large, spotless, and luxurious. The bathroom was amazing and the amenities were top-notch. I wish we had stayed longer and will definitely stay there when we're in Tokyo.
