Iojima Island Adults Only Vacations

Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel).

Very close to Grover Park with a great view of the bay from our room. The staff are unbelievable! Try the Matcha ice cream at the food truck in the park.

Room was spotless. Our room had a nice view. We requested for a take out breakfast and accommodated our request.

Walk out hotel door and you're in the middle of a Chinatown alleyway. Just stunning!

Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.
