Good location, value of money yes

Great hotel for business travellers. Good breakfast, great pool. Good location for restaurants and good proximity between downtown and the convention centre.

The staff were super helpful, and it was sucha good price for all the ammenities like the pool bar.

Nice clean hotel, with friendly staff throughout. The Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. This also included an egg station.

The hotel's exterior is well-maintained and clean, but the rooms need repairs, such as: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day. We reported the problem, and they fixed it. Two days later, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it. The toilet flush stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it, but after that, I still had to press the button to flush. There are fans outside that run so loudly at night that it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning supposedly worked after the repair, but it didn't cool the room as well as it should.

The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, and the Club Lounge breakfasts were superb - think delicious made-to-order omelets and blueberry pancakes, not to mention the fulsome buffet with fresh fruit, veggies and legumes. Also, the hotel is in a central, convenient location.
