They were very punctual about getting our room cleaned and Fernando did a great job with making things fun for everybody.

Our first room had a terrible mold/mildew smell. E we tried to see if it would improve but did not. On day 3 we requested to be moved to rooms in a different building. They found a spot for us worth checking out of the current room in the morning and checking back in to the new rooms that afternoon when they were ready.

I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid. Yes, there is a pond with crocodiles on the property, but during our 10-day stay we saw a crocodile only once. Rather than being a downside, it adds a sense of exotic adventure and variety to the experience. As for the downsides: if you have mobility issues, a disability, or are traveling with elderly people, you should carefully consider whether this hotel is suitable for you. The hotel is not equipped with ramps. To access one of the restaurants for dinner, you must climb three flights of stairs — there is no elevator or alternative access. The restaurant is located on the second floor. The same applies to access to the beach and the swimming pool, both of which require using stairs. This was quite challenging for my husband (who uses a walker) and for my elderly parents. That said, the staff are very kind and helpful and will assist whenever possible. The energy is vibrant, the design is chic, and everything feels intentionally elevated without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place where relaxation and fun coexist beautifully ~ loungy mornings, glamorous pool afternoons, and nights that hum with just the right amount of excitement. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the service. Edwin at the bar is pure gold. His drinks were flawless every time, but even more than that, his warmth and charisma made each stop feel special. The kind of bartender who remembers you, anticipates what you want, and makes the experience feel effortlessly luxe. Poolside, Vincent and Viktor were exceptional. Attentive, polished, and perfectly tuned into guest comfort, they made the day feel seamless ~ towels, drinks, check-ins, all handled with ease and genuine kindness. They struck that rare balance of being present without ever hovering, which is the hallmark of true luxury service. Breathless Riviera Cancun nails the vibe: stylish, social, indulgent, and incredibly well run. It’s a place where you feel taken care of without being managed ~ and that’s a hard thing to get right. We left already planning our return.

Room was spotless. Top Shelf Alcohol even at the pool. Both adult pools were heated. The infinity pool is all marble very cool. Never had to walk carts are everwhere to come pick you up.

We loved it here! The food, drinks the rooms everything was lovely. Everyone was so nice. We will for sure visit again.
