Stunning room, spacious and comfortable!

Room is huge by Japan standard, a great resort feel. Did not used the Pool. The staffs were really helpful and quite observant! Foods in the buffer and Italian restaurant were great, of course good stuffs don't come cheap. The location is good, as it was intended for outdoor activities. Just that getting around would require transportation (car).

This was the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in! The lobby and common areas had an amazing view of the city. The ambience was so serene and calming. The sunrise view from our room was awesome. The room was clean and very well equipped. The hotel provided everything from cutlery (usually missing in most hotels) to a wireless speaker, to bath salts to even a coffee bean grinder. The only small complaint was that the space was very tight for a 3-single-bed configuration. The location was great too - Family Mart in the basement and plenty of shopping + eateries without even leaving the building. Would stay here again!

Convenient access to Legoland.

Staff not well trained gave us wrong room charges and insisted it is our room until we saw and pointed to her wrong name number. Hotel only provided for 2 bottles of water for day. We asked for more water in room n housekeeping say each small bottle must pay extra yen160.

The toilet wasn’t very clean. :(
