Good overall stay. I stayed at Westin back in October. I'm not sure how the Westin is a 4 star hotel and JW is a 5 star. Only thing I can think of is the location.

However, I would have like to see it not so unkept. To have the sofa covers neat and not w dirty plates from the previous day/night.

Property and Lobby are outstanding, hotel looks very lux! Amenities are neglected. Gym is mediocre for offerings except for cardio. The pool is small and other sport offerings are in need of repair. Paying $10 a day for a microwave is silly at this quality of a hotel along with paid parking at $30 a day seems a bit over the top for Anaheim.
