The room was nice. Staff nice enough. Not a fan of the no-view room for how much we paid. Their social media made it seem like there was a regular doorman on duty - we saw one doorman once. All other times we had to awkwardly open the heavy doors ourselves.
it is an okay hotel in a nice location, but, overall we were disappointed and we will look elsewhere on our next visit.

Could not get in room till 3.30. Had to pay £10 extra if we had anything on breakfast menu - buffet was all that was included. Nothing plugged in where it should have for safety - kettle & coffee maker!! Staff obliging. Hotel very comfortable & great location - for us it was a few steps to the London Coliseum.
