We checked into our room, which was very nice--a view, a deck (we were on a premium floor). But things started to take a turn for the worse. The pool was closed, the outdoor areas inaccessible. We complained, & after a day, they opened for us the 24" shallow pool, which got us wet, but it was not what we bargained for, that's for sure. All of the outdoor facilities...
