There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was okay for a budget option. The location is excellent - very close to Oerlikon train station (just 2 minutes walk) and good transport links to the city center. The apartment was spacious and had basic kitchen facilities However, without a car, you're really stuck in a pretty bland area with limited nearby options for food or entertainment. You have to take transport everywhere, which gets expensive quickly in Zurich. Several issues affected our stay: the WiFi was not so good especially for calls and video calls. It was very noisy at night from both the street and neighboring apartments including the curtains which were sheer so light came through. The apartment got uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation, and the provided fan was inadequate.

Rough night

We booked this location for a single night stay in order to get a good night of sleep before a very long trip back to North America the next day. Unfortunately, the night was not good. The room was extremely hot and had no air conditioning or ventilation. A small fan was in each bedroom but only one worked and it was fully insufficient to cool the room. Windows in the bedrooms opened directly to the sidewalk and very busy street outside the room. The heat, loud street noise and bright car lights shining directly through the windows kept us from sleeping. The room was relatively clean and had most of the basic amenities.

Don’t stay here Not easy place to find and when we open the door smells like a not clean bathroom, floor not clean, toilet paper holder broken and shower head was broken, for 3 days we were there gad to hold the shower head if I wanted to shower. People smoking outside my window and the window was open when we got there. Police was there when we got back from dinner questioning some people at the front door. And every time when we would go and come back were some guys hanging out the front doors smoking and commenting and we didn’t feel safe. Was extremely hot weather and the fan provided in the unit was small barely working and was dirty blowing warm/hot dust air. . Will never use this place again.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

The shower mixing valve is unsafe. The hot water end of the mixer becomes very hot that it could burn someone while they’re showering. It burn my wife as she turned in the small shower

The property was not at all what we expected from the advertising and the photos on the Expedia website. It was totally inadequate and unsuitable. Since staff are remote they can hide behind their computer sceens refusing to assist. It was a terrible stay for me and my family. From false advertising to poor attitudes, this was a dreadful experience.

Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given was extremely hot and located directly at street level, which made it incredibly noisy and uncomfortable, especially at night. The heat was unbearable, and the fan provided was dirty, full of dust, and barely worked — it didn’t blow any air at all. The coffee maker in the room was broken and completely unusable. I sent an email requesting a room change due to these issues, but I never received any response and no action was taken. I ended up leaving the hotel two days earlier than planned and had to book another place to stay. I requested some form of compensation for the poor experience, but the hotel refused. Overall, the service was very poor, and I would not recommend staying here. It was truly a disappointing and uncomfortable

Bathroom ceiling leaking. 1/2inch of water on bathroom floor. No bathroom light. No AC and 2 of the 3 fans supplied did not work. 3rd fan barely blew air. Dining room lamp dim. No balcony furniture. Advertised as a “Senior Apartment” has slippery floors when wet and several trip hazards present on the floors. Mold growing in shower. This unit is falsely advertised and was nothing close to what is expected by their pictures and descriptions. STAY FAR AWAY. Customer support was useless, only offered to send someone to look at the leaking ceiling- never offered to find a replacement- we had to leave and find another place to stay- almost ruined our whole trip to Zurich.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. It was bad enough that it all became one big joke with our three girls.

Terrible apartment if I may say. The photos suggest it’s a nice little comfy space but in real it’s something else. Wifi not working, hair dryer not working, bed making squeaky noise that could probably break anytime. Not at all par with our expectations.

Öncelikle konum olarak çok merkezi yerde , odada kullanılabilecek mutfak malzemeleri yeterli , odaya giriş şifresi zamanında göndermi güzel, odalar temiz bunlar için teşekkürler. Bunlar dışında girişin saat :15:00 olup çıkışın 10:00 olması tam ödenen ücrete göre 5 saat çok fazla en azından çıkışı 12:00 yada 13:00 yapabilirler tam gün doldurma hakkımız alınmış oluyor . Aile odası diye 1 kat aşağıda vermişler sokak yüzünden camları güvenip açamadık bu eksi yönü odayı değiştirin dedik olmadı . İlk defa geldiğimiz yerde en azından rahatça açabileceğimiz katta pencereli oda olsaydı iyi olurdu . 4 kişi kalınca havasızlık oluyor.Kış olması odanın sıcak olması iyi ancak yazın kalınmaz burda çok sıcak olur . Televizyonun biri çalışmıyordu kumanda yoktu bildirdik çözüm bulmadılar.Banyo sıcak su problemi yok havlu tuvalet kağıdı şampuan vs var terlik yok . Birde en azından güvenlik tutmaları lazım şifresi olmayan kapı açılır açılmaz girebiliyor biz müsade etmedik kapattık dış kapıyı şifresi olan kalan kişiler girdi . Söyleyeceklerim bunlar genelde iyi fakat geliştirilmesi gereken konular var .Teşekkürler.
