The room was comfortable and situated in close proximity to the train station, providing convenient access for guests. The hotel offered a mobile application that we used, which proved to be highly practical as it simplified check-in and allowed us to control both the main entrance and room doors.

My stay at Fred Hotel was good , everything went smoothly and I had no issues. I didn’t have much direct contact with the staff, but everything was well organized and comfortable, so there was no need. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Convenient and close to everything. The room itself had clean sheets and linens but the carpet was filthy. ! Could not walk around without shoes or slippers. Recomend trashing the carpet and really cleaning the floors.

Very clean and looked nice. The bathroom was small but had a good layout and a great shower. The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. For that reason we would not stay here again.

clean room, great location, super easy check-in process! first time at a staff-less hotel and it didn’t disappoint! one thing to note is if you’re coming from zurich main station, the walking path to the hotel has 2 flights of stairs (hotel is higher uphill)
