"We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Central Luzern—this hotel truly made our stay in Switzerland very memorable! The location is absolutely amazing; everything in the city is within short walking distance, and the main train station is just a few minutes away on foot, making getting around super easy. The customer service here is top-tier. The receptionist was so polite, welcoming, and thoroughly explained the area to us, giving us fantastic recommendations for exploring the Old City along with free local bus passes. The room was wonderfully cozy and stylish, complete with a comfortable blue armchair, an in-room safe, plenty of closet hangers, and complimentary Valser bottled water. Since Swiss hotels often don't have built-in AC, I really appreciated the helpful room guide packed with tips on managing the summer heat. When we requested an extra fan, staff brought it to our room within one minute of asking! On top of that, 24/7 access to the ice machine and guest fridge in the lounge was an absolute game-changer in the summer heat."

"Overall hotel is excellent and 1 minute walk from Metro Station and 6th Stop you will get off at HB Station ..... breakfast is great but some expensive stuff they refill very late which break our eating tempo .... I personally like this hotel . Stayed with family for vacation . Coops is 7 minute walk ..... Turkish foods in 5 minute walk . Zurich always safe ."

"The room was clean but more importantly is in a very good location near the main train station and old town. The lady on reception when we arrived wasn’t particularly welcoming and seemed in a bad mood, but other than that all good. A bit of a strange configuration of the room where a curtain separates the shower room. External shutters mean the room is very dark when shut which is good and was very quiet."

"We had a pleasant experience at the Bristol Hotel. It is in a great location and is close to the train station and riverfront area. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. For all these reasons, we recommend the hotel. Things to note: there was not a fridge in our room (we didn’t think to check before booking because they are standard in US hotel rooms) and there is a sign in the room that says the AC will only turn on when the external temp is 29 c. Also, breakfast is not included in room price. We paid extra for the breakfast, but it was not, in our opinion, worth the price."
