I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. Its also in a really handy location too. Close to old town key spots, close to the harbour and with cafes nearby and a short walk to the train station- I even felt safe walking at 3.30am it was that close. Would stay here again

This isn't a hotel. You're renting a slightly cramped room, with a small, shower-only, ensuite, a small fridge, and a fan but no aircon. There is no comfortable seating, no common areas, no meals, nothing. The staff are almost never on-premises, and take 30+ minutes to arrive after being phoned. The sink had no plug, the toilet seat wasn't fitted properly, there was an organic stain on the mesh curtains.
