「Gute Erreichbarkeit mit mehren Strassenbahnlinien, u a die 16 zu Messe und z Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Organisation, zumindest für solche, die nicht unbedingt einen persönlichen Kontakt brauchen. Für den Schlüssel-Code beim Eingangstor benötigte ich nachts eine Lampe ( Handy), um richtig zu tippen. Nachbarhaus wird gerade renoviert, aber keinerlei störenden Lärm oder Schmutz.
