"Séjour parfait !!!! Bel accueil et bel hôtel 4 étoiles avec un style moderne ! Il y avait un service de restauration, de spa et de sauna. De la grande chambre, nous avions une belle vue sur les Dolomites. Il y avait un coffre-fort et un petit réfrigérateur. "Hotel main areas looked great, I felt the rooms didn't really match the decor and style. Our room was quite small and didn't have air con, we came end of June and it was hot were surprised they didn't have this although my fault for not checking before booking. No fans available either so slept with balcony doors open every night. There was used ashtray left on our balcony arrived, we don't smoke so would have appreciated this being cleaned before we arrived and the shampoo/wash bottles in the...

"Great value for money. Was a bit unsure by the layout as it wasn't like the pictures, but was decent overall. Needed more toilet paper as 2 rolls for 4 people staying 4 nights was not enough. Good water pressure in the shower."

"This was a beautiful hotel and the bed was super comfortable. Old antiques everywhere. Our waitress in the morning was very friendly. And the view was spectacular. Highly recommended. Happy customers from Canada."
