Independent Zona Dorado hotels

"Desk Staff really good, I had issues trying to buy something, normally hotels have a restaurant, that people can dine in this one was only for the all inclusive, i cudnt even buy a drink there was no service at all and everyone looked confused if i was trying to buy a drink or a burger for my kids i had to get changed get out of the hotel and find something else on the strip. Kinda annoying. "
