I don’t speak Spanish. The staff was very patient and helpful. If needed, they found someone who spoke Spanish to help me. The location is excellent. Once the sun went down (it was August) families and friends came out to enjoy games and performances in the square across from the hotel. There is a pool that stays shaded most of the day! There are many food options around and a farmacia nearby.

Rooms are spacious and clean, out fridge never worked properly, so front desk send facilities to replace it. Food in restaurant was amazing
