"Room needed maintenance like the shower and the ac unit. The room smelled like mildew and the sheets had stains. Staff came 3 different times knocking on the door before check out. I felt rushed at this point"

The front desk person said “there is nothing we can do, I’m sorry”. Seriously? We got zero sleep that night. They could have at least discounted something because getting no sleep was not the expectation. Come on Wyndham. "
