Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.」

「Be prepared to step into a different time at costamante! Stayed in florio suite in late July with family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Parking is tricky but the hotel provided a spot for 10 euros/day. Park first and then walk to hotel to avoid ztl and narrow roads. Massive high ceiling suite including a kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. There were 4 Juliette balconies looking on to the front street of the property. The front desk was very helpful and...

「The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks」
