飯店內的晚餐真的不太OK，不建議加價購買，樓頂有機房設備，不時會有蹦一聲的聲音出現，淺眠者一定無法住高樓層的房間

超過預期的水準
讀過其他人的teview。本來以為隔音會較差（心裡有準備了），但可能隔離房間沒有住人或早早入睡了，所以完全沒有隔音引起的困擾。 lobby 與 大門前幫忙安排停車的人員也非常專業與有禮貌。 早餐也是超過期待。 如果再來，會考慮入住。

每年都會想來阿里山避暑,但山上住宿潮濕又貴,這間是阿里山下CP值超高的飯店,環境舒適,洗澡水又大,只是床不是獨立式的會影響身邊人.

交通便利，離我要去的地方五分鐘的車程很方便 但是房間內有霉味倉庫的味道，希望打掃時能改進~ 可以打掃完先用臭氧機開著～去除一些怪味道
