「Breakdast is good, rotation of food arranged」

「While the property looks modern and newly renovated, our stay was ruined by severe odor issues and restricted amenities. Upon arrival, we noticed cigarette smoke lingering across multiple floor hallways and a heavy smoke smell inside our room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely off. When we asked the staff, they admitted the AC was turned off centrally as a cost-cutting measure. Opening the windows did nothing to clear the heavy smoke smell. The next day, we requested a...

「The staff is amazing, the service is excellent, the lunch is delicious, and there's a very wide selection of dishes. The location is great. I came back a second time because of the very positive experience I had the first time.」
