除了沐浴用品不是每天补充、泳池没有开放外，就是皇冠假日酒店的水平。环境设施都不错，服务一般。

Good location but definitely not 5 star

The superior room is a good size and it was maintained well. The check-in service was quick, easy and welcoming. The food and beverage service is below par - the staff are do not manage well when there are lots of tourist groups, there is a lack of direction and experience for staff, when handling big crowds. Breakfast time is hectic without allocated seats, food is not replenished quickly enough whilst some guests are allowed to take multiple plates and take food away for later (!). The food is also not good quality either. Room service menu is limited and we had no drinks list provided. Swimming pool and changing rooms were not clean nor open on time. More of a 3 star hotel which is disappointing for an IHG hotel. There is a tourist desk in the lobby and even though they are an outsourced company, the service from them is lacking too.

閑散期（年末年始）に行ったので、外は寒く、客はとても少なかったです。そのため、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったのですが、丁寧に対応いただきました。（水をしばらく出しっぱなしにする(笑)　）　部屋にはバスタブもあり、とても快適でした。

Night shift check-in manager LEON was awesome. He is one of the few hotel managers in China that speaks & understands English fluently. He went out of his way to make sure my trip has the most memorable one. Hotel location is pretty much city center and about 20mins walk to the national park.entrance. Love the bathtub very nice for photography. The reception area very attractive. Hallways big & clean. Breakfast needs more western items. Pssss.... morning manager ZASON was great, too. He helped & guided me to get to my next attractions & destinations. Overall, very happy staying here. I’m given this hotel 10 stars. Thank you management.

One female, pregnant manager was very nice and helpful but other people at the front and another manager were not helpful at all, not looking for a solution and just saying they don’t know something or they don’t have something. They were also too chill and unconcerned about the guests, chatting amongst themselves.

a hotel with good service and convenient location

The service was excellent, the breakfast spread was good and delicious. Bed and room comfortable and quiet. Locality is at the Zhangjiajie TianZhiShan entrance about 5 mins by car. Parking is free and easy. Walking to the main street is about 5 mins where u can find food and to do some shopping. If you wish to have a easy way to tour zhangjiajie park with little walking, we did it by parking our car at the basement car park at the tianzhishan entrance. Paid the entrance fee of 228 yuan per head, take their shuttle bus to the cable car (72 yuan per haed) station up to tianzhishan, spectacular view. From there take the connecting shuttle bus to He Long park where there is a McDonalds and more sight seeing. Connecting again by bus provided to tian xie di yi qiao and skip the sight seeing there if u are not energetic, instead ask for direction and a 5 min-walk to take the bai long tian ti (lift costs 65 yuan) down to base station, at the base of the lift, take the shuttle bus again back to the tian zhi shan entrance where the car was parked. All in all u need about 5 hours. In this sense, the hotel is central to the planned activities. U may also drive up to another xin mu kang park entrance westward and the drive is scenic and relaxing, it's free as u are not entering the park. It's a 1 hour leisure drive. We enjoyed our stay in Crown plaza and it's very restful. We had dinner in the restaurant too and find the food good.

Leider hat es am Gang nach Rauch gerochen. Hotelpersonal war etwas verwirrt, war der festen Überzeugung wir hätten ohne Frühstück gebucht, was nicht der Fall war. Als Entschuldigung haben sie uns dafür Obst & Cookies aufs Zimmer geschickt. Sie waren nicht in der Kage uns ein Taxi mit Taxometer zu bestellen sondern nur eines mit fixem Betrag. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sehr nah am Parkeingang und nah an den Restaurants.

Great location and service

Crowne plaza is in a great location, just next door to the wulingyuan National park and the nightly performance theater. The manager was very helpful in resolving a mixup regarding 2 twin beds and 1 double bed rooms, I appreciate her help!

Ranked it the best at Wulingyuan.

Location is great. It takes just about 10-minute walk to the entrance of the national park, and about 40-minute ride to the airport. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The air-conditioner works as expected (in contrast to other self-claimed 5-star hotels in Zhangjiajie city). The surrounding environment is quiet, but the bustling area is not far away. The local version of ‘Phoenix City’ is within 15-minute walking distance. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a happy experience.

First time stay in Zhangjaijie

This is an interesting situation - IHG has built a HUGE hotel in Zhangjaijie, in anticipation of the area eventually developing a big tourism industry. Looks like there is a big mall under construction right across the street - will be interesting to see in a few years. The hotel itself is very nice, feels like it is less than 2 years old, but not busy at all. For the size of the rooms prices are reasonable. Good western food in the restaurant, go into town if you want local/Chinese food. Indoor pool looked really nice, but we didn't have time to try it our. Only complaint is regarding the room cleaning. The carpet seemed to have a lot of stray fiber, and it looks like they don't vacuum the carpets every day.
