Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future.

Very interesting hotel

We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again.

We had an excellent customer experience from everyone at the hotel (especially Ms. Wendy at the reception). The hotel is amazing, clean, located in a stunning location. Food quality is high. This is a very luxurious hotel, really worth visiting. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food).
