"This hotel is an absolute gem. It has the ability to feel like an old world resort, but modern at the same time. The attention to detail is the definition of understated luxury. Everything from the bath towels and water pressure, to the finishings show that this is a property that cares. Fantastic staff (Christian D. in the restaurant was a phenomenal waiter) and food. "Location was good, close to the center, supermarket, see. Apartment very spacious; furniture dated, apartment smelled bad. Not cleaned properly - I've rather waited and move in to a clean apartment. Hair everywhere from previous guests; leftovers. In the Hallway bags of trash piled up (from other guests in the building). We only stayed 2 nights and most likely wont return. "

"The food options were so clean and amazing. I felt refreshed with every meal. The spa was huge! The amenities were fantastic. There were so many places to spend time alone, relaxing. The views were breathtaking and the balconies, relaxing. However, the bed and couch are equally rock hard and the pillows almost seem homemade with cotton balls. They’re non-existent. Even the room towels provided are small and thin. We paid extra for the large room and Mountain View not knowing that this also came...

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "
