「Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. 「Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」
