「Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer. Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. 」

One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. 「Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.」

「It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.」
