Really nice and spacious apartment, located relatively close to the old city and shopping. Also has parking, which is challenging in Zadar. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to. Very clean. Nice and quiet part of town but walking distance to the old town. Air conditioning was great. Team were helpful in accommodating us dropping our bags off earlier than check in. No issues whatsoever. Would recommend

The property was centrally located, very convenient to the old town sites and restaurants. The bed rooms were in a loft area of the apartment, suitable for our family. The washing machine worked well, and the apartment had the amenities we wanted. The parking is a bit of a challenge(expensive) but it’s the price you pay to stay in the old town area.

We have a house on an island, so we need to make many trips to the mainland to load up on groceries, etc. This place was the perfect spot for us! Perfect parking, a kitchen with a fridge freezer and laundry. Very clean, modern and comfortable. This will definitely be our spot in the future. Also very close to all grocery stores and the ferry terminal.

The apartment at Villa Karla was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and it was also great to have a parking space - we visited Zadar at the end of our trip and it was then easy to drive on to the airport.

Ok place to stay. Easy to park and quiet. Short stay so not a lot of time in the unit. Given the wrong code at first. Contact to the property sent didn’t have the number to contact them just #### symbols in the chat. I looked up the number on google for the apartment complex to get the right number to call. person answered quickly and helped.

We only stayed for a short time arrived after 6pm and left befor 10am. Stayed twice once in an appartment on the first floor and once in the semi basement. Both were excellent and the checkin was remote and easy. Both apartments were modern/clean and had everything you would expect plus a few nice extras. Would stay again! 😊
